Counseling Approach
I believe that we’re all trying to make sense of our lives while juggling work, relationships, and the expectations we place on ourselves. Every part of our environment—our families, friendships, experiences, and even the stories we tell ourselves—shapes who we are. That’s why I take a holistic, relational approach to therapy. Together, we’ll look at the full picture of your life to better understand what’s working, what’s not, and where there’s room to grow.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I view challenges through a relational lens—because even individual struggles are often connected to the people and systems around us. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to use your strengths (your hidden superpowers!) to create the changes you want in your life.
About Me:
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Washington State University and my Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy Capella University.
I’m passionate about helping young adults navigate the ups and downs of growing into themselves—whether that means shifting careers, building healthier relationships, or simply learning to give yourself more grace.
When I’m not practicing therapy, you can usually find me watching a good movie, reading a new book, getting outside, or spending time with friends and family.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling more grounded, connected, and confident in your life, I’d love to meet you. Let’s start this journey together.

My Goal as your Counselor:
Life can feel heavy at times, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a while. If it’s starting to feel like too much, you’re not alone.
I work with individuals and couples of all ages, including those who are LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent, who are seeking relief, clarity, and meaningful change. My approach is direct, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that you know yourself best. My role is to help you better understand the patterns in your life: especially those shaped by past experiences.
In our work together, we’ll focus on understanding your current challenges, building tools to manage stress and emotions, and exploring the deeper patterns that influence how you show up in your life. Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, life transitions, ADHD, or the impact of childhood experiences, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Education/Experiences
I am earning my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure University. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Adventure Leadership from Ithaca College in 2020, where I developed a strong understanding of the connection between time outdoors and mental health.
Alongside my academic training, I gained valuable experience in sports psychology through both my studies and my time as a college athlete. This background allows me to support individuals navigating performance-related stress, identity, and self esteem.
About Me
I was born and raised in Upstate New York and moved to Washington in 2022. A few years ago, I made the decision to shift careers and pursue counseling: something that felt meaningful and aligned with my passion for helping others.
I care deeply about creating a space where people feel comfortable, supported, and understood. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time by the ocean, being with my wife and family, and playing with my furry companions.
